"Hello, this is Mia Quinton from Western Australia, and I would like to tell you about our class excursion to AQWA, which was made possible by the prize money I recieved as the WA winner of the Biodiversity competition.
We had a great time learning all about the ocean life in Australia and we even got to touch different types of marine life.
I have attached some photos of our excursion for you to see just how great it was was and I would like to thank you on behalf of Room 11 for making it such a wonderful day."
Many thanks,
Mia and Room 11

Excursion to Imax and Melbourne Museum on Friday 10th Dec.
All the Level 3's thoroughly enjoyed their excursion to the Museum and Imax on Friday 10th December.
In the Museum there were many highlights including "The Bugs" Exhibition, where the children enjoyed observing and interacting with all the different creatures and environments.
Also the "Wild" Exhibition, seeing all the animals' life size and using the interactive boards to find out more about them and the "Dynamic Earth" display where the 3D movie really excited them.
Thanks to Ebony McGrath winning the Bush Blitz competition, the cost of the excursion was considerably less, for all the Grade 3 and 4 children, including a visit to the Imax Theatre as well.
